White Pebble is a boutique hotel located on the beach of the village of Pollonia in Milos, featuring 12 luxurious suites with uninterrupted views of Kimolos. Our design work focused on capturing the refined simplicity, raw beauty, and discreet luxury of the place — shaping a holistic identity and a website that reflects the atmosphere of the Cycladic landscape.
The brand identity draws inspiration from the island’s volcanic nature and Cycladic art. The hotel’s name is symbolically translated through a minimal emblem — a stylized pebble that incorporates the initials “W” and “P” as if engraved by hand on stone.
The color palette captures the island’s light as it reflects off the rocks and natural materials — warm whites, soft earth tones, and organic hues that evoke a sense of calm and understated elegance. The typography complements this aesthetic: clean, timeless, and elegant, it reflects the character of the hotel and supports a cohesive brand image across all applications.
The website follows the same design philosophy: warm whites, soft earth tones, and strong visual contrast create a serene, immersive experience. The layout is light and intuitive, with minimal animations and a clear typographic hierarchy that lets the photography breathe.
The website’s color palette draws directly from the island’s landscape — volcanic rocks shaped by the sea, warm whites and earthy tones that radiate calm and natural light. The layout is clean and airy, with subtle animations and a minimal visual language that allows the imagery and scenery to breathe.
Navigation is straightforward and purpose-driven, focusing on the essentials: suites, location, services — supported by clear call-to-actions and seamless booking integration.
The new identity and website were developed as a unified system, communicating the hotel’s aesthetic and values across every touchpoint. From brandmark to screen, the goal was the same: to invite guests into a world of effortless calm and natural sophistication.
