Distinction
Christogeorgos is a family-run dairy brand with a long-standing presence in the Greek market since 1924. Rooted in a tradition that transforms quality into everyday pleasure, the brand continues to produce authentic recipes such as traditional rice pudding, vanilla cream, and chocolate cream — timeless classics that connect generations.
Inspired by the vintage aesthetic of the company’s original signage, we designed a new visual identity that honors its legacy while delivering strong, contemporary branding. The new logo references the handwritten signs of old Athenian patisseries from the 1950s. Its calligraphic style pays tribute to grandfather Vasilis and the original recipes that shaped the brand’s history, bringing heritage into the present without nostalgia weighing it down.
The packaging design completes the new image of the brand. We selected pale color tones to convey a sense of purity, simplicity, and natural quality — values deeply connected to both the product and the company’s philosophy. Top-down product photography focuses on texture and taste, offering a direct and honest visual of each cream. Ingredient elements were also introduced to reinforce product recognition and build a fresh, approachable look.
The bold use of typography and carefully placed ingredient references create a light, familiar, and accessible identity. With minimal decorative distractions, the result is functional yet distinctive — a packaging system that bridges respect for tradition with clarity and relevance in the modern retail environment.
